3. Response Times
We strive to respond to all support requests promptly. Our target response times are:

Our analysis is informational and should be reviewed by a qualified professional before taking action.
6. Account & Data Requests
You may request the following at any time by emailing support@acuvera.co:
- Data export: a copy of all your data in a portable format.
- Account deletion: permanent deletion of your account and all associated data.
- Data correction: correction of inaccurate personal information.
We will process data requests within 30 days, in compliance with applicable privacy laws.
7. Service Availability
We aim to maintain 99.9% uptime for the Acuvera platform. In the event of scheduled maintenance, we will provide advance notice when possible. Unplanned outages will be communicated via email and resolved as quickly as possible.
